Zizzi Pizza: A Genuinely Delicious and Digestible Pizza
Zizzi Pizza is the brainchild of self-taught chef Federico Zizzi, who has carefully crafted a pizza dough that is both wholesome and natural. The use of high-quality ingredients ensures that the pizza is truly digestible. The organic flour used in the dough is sourced from the renowned Mulino Paolo Mariani, while only Extra Virgin Olive Oil is used for cooking. With minimal amounts of salt, water, and yeast, the dough is prepared and then refrigerated at an average temperature of 4°C for a minimum of 48 hours before being rolled out. This extended maturation process results in an incredibly light and authentically flavorful product.
